Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in the recruitment process by drafting job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interview schedules.
2. Support the onboarding process and facilitate new employee orientation activities.
3. Help maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy in HR databases.
4. Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development initiatives.
5. Contribute to the review and update of HR policies and assist in document management.
6. Provide support in the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and other documentation.
7. Offer general administrative assistance to the HR team as required.
8. Address employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures in a timely and professional manner.

Education:
