Perdura Therapeutics is a specialty skincare company focused on creating efficacious, high-performance clinical skincare products tailored for Oily, Acne-Prone Skin. The company formulates products with clinically proven actives, supported by strong research evidence to deliver visible results.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated HR Intern (Operations) to support our HR department with daily operational tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in HR processes and backend functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support HR operations including employee documentation, data entry, and record management
• Assist in maintaining HRIS and updating employee information
• Help coordinate onboarding and exit formalities
• Prepare and organize HR-related reports
• Assist in attendance management and coordination with internal teams
• Support compliance, policy documentation, and other HR administrative tasks
• Handle day-to-day HR operational queries

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or student in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn and grow within HR operations
