Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kakori for a Human Resources Intern. The intern's day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with HR management tasks such as implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management processes. The role involves fostering a positive work environment, collaborating with various teams, and gaining hands-on experience within the HR department through active engagement in operational and strategic HR functions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Knowledge of HR Management and implementation of HR policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software tools (a plus)
