Track daily work reports, attendance, and task submissions for interns and employees. Coordinate feedback cycles with team leads and support performance evaluations. Maintain weekly efficiency and progress reports for internal review. Manage documentation including NDAs, offer letters, and internship letters. Organize team activities, shout-outs, and recognitions to boost morale.
