Job Description

As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative activities to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle. Your role will require meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to handling various HR tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases (HRIS) - Manage attendance, leave, and timekeeping systems - Handle employee documentation including letters, ID cards, and onboarding/offboarding checklists - Coordinate employee travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for business trips, relocations, or onboarding - Provide end-to-end support for visa, work permit, and international travel documentation - Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, internal events, and communication drives - Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Gratuity - Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for HR-related services - Address routine employee queries regarding policies, leaves, benefits, and processes Qualifications Required: - Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage confidential information with integrity - Strong coordination and follow-up abilities - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic HRMS tools Additional Details: You will be working Monday to Saturday for a 2-month duration in an on-site (office-based) setting.
