Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern. The position is located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Intern will assist in HR management, implementation of HR policies, handling employee benefits, and personnel management. Day-to-day tasks include supporting HR operations, assisting with recruitment processes, updating employee records, and participating in employee engagement activities.

• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Experience in Personnel Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
