ShowNoMore is a fast-growing marketing consultancy committed to helping brands grow through performance-driven digital strategies. We work with passionate creators, startups, and companies to build a meaningful digital presence.


We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support end-to-end people operations for a fast-growing digital media and production company. This internship is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on HR experience, exposure to real-world hiring pipelines, and the opportunity to work closely with leadership.


💼 What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Superpowers in Action)


Recruitment & Hiring Support

  • Draft and post job descriptions on all platforms
  • Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews
  • Coordinate with department heads for role requirements
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and follow-ups


Onboarding & Documentation

  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding kits
  • Maintain employee documents and HR records
  • Assist new hires during their onboarding week


HR Operations & Coordination

  • Help maintain attendance and performance tracking sheets
  • Support in building HR systems, SOPs, and evaluation frameworks
  • Coordinate with finance for monthly salary inputs


Culture & Engagement

  • Assist in planning team meetings, events, and internal communication
  • Help build an engaging, positive, and performance-driven culture


🧠 Who We’re Looking For (aka You, if this sounds like you)


  • Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
  • Good organizational and follow-up abilities
  • Basic understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, documentation)
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Proactive, disciplined, and eager to learn
  • Preferably pursuing or having completed BBA/MBA/HR specialization, but not mandatory.

Mode:

  • Hybrid: 2–3 days from office + remote coordination
  • Flexible timings, but strong accountability for deliverables
