Motion Graphics & Video Editor Associate

💼 What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Superpowers in Action)

• Video Editing & Assembly:

  Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content for YouTube and other digital platforms, ensuring a seamless flow and impactful narrative that aligns with strategic goals.

• Motion Graphics Creation:

  Design and animate captivating motion graphics, lower thirds, intros, outros, and advanced visual effects using After Effects to elevate video quality and reinforce brand identity.

• Audio & Colour Correction:

  Perform professional audio clean-up, mixing, and mastering alongside precise color grading to achieve a consistent, high-quality, and visually appealing look.

• Content Optimisation:

  Collaborate closely with the content team to ensure videos are optimised for different platforms, including aspect ratios, file sizes, and best practices for viewer engagement.

• Asset Management:

  Efficiently organize and manage extensive video footage libraries, project files, and reusable motion graphic templates.

🧠 Who We’re Looking For (aka You if this sounds like you)

• You have proven experience in video editing and motion graphics, backed by a strong, diverse portfolio of your work.

• You are highly proficient in

  Adobe Premiere Pro

  for advanced video editing and

  Adobe After Effects

  for sophisticated motion graphics and visual effects.
• You possess a keen eye for detail in color grading, sound design, and overall video aesthetics.
• You understand visual storytelling and can translate complex marketing objectives into engaging video content.
• You're capable of working independently, taking ownership, and delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
• You’re available full-time and can start immediately.
• You genuinely want to apply your existing skills and grow in the digital content creation space within a marketing consultancy.
