Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic HR interns to join our team remotely. This internship is designed for learning, observation, and hands-on exposure to HR processes, without direct responsibility for HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Observe HR workflows, policies, recruitment (posting, resume screening, interview scheduling) and onboarding (forms, documentation, induction sessions) processes.

Attend virtual HR meetings and take notes.

Explore HR tools, templates, and reporting formats.

Research HR trends, engagement ideas, and summarize case studies/webinars.

Prepare presentations, infographics, maintain a learning journal, participate in fun HR activities, and submit weekly updates to mentor.

Requirements

Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Good communication, organization, and time management skills.

Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and responsibly in a remote setting.

Eager to learn and observe HR practices.
