About the Role

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support

• Assist in sourcing candidates for junior and intern-level positions across departments.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic screenings.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate trackers and job postings.

HR Operations

• Support onboarding activities, including documentation collection, orientation scheduling, and coordination with internal teams.
• Assist in maintaining employee records and databases.
• Help with day-to-day HR tasks such as preparing letters, updating trackers, and managing HR documentation.

Employee Engagement & Admin Support

• Assist with employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications.
• Support general HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the department.

Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
