About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Talent & People team. This role offers hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, HR operations and employee engagement. You will work closely with the team to strengthen people processes and ensure a smooth experience for both candidates and employees.

Key Responsibilities-

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates across platforms
• Conduct initial HR telephonic screening rounds and assist in taking second-round HR interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate tracking sheets and employee records
• Support with preparing offer letters, joining documents, and confirmations
• Help facilitate onboarding and orientation of new employees
• Assist with day-to-day HR administrative and operational tasks
• Coordinate and support employee engagement activities and internal communications
• Help in research, drafting, creation and updating of HR SOPs, policies and internal HR frameworks

Requirements-

• Graduate student or recent graduate
• 0–1 year of experience in HR (internships count)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with professionalism
• Eagerness to learn and willingness to take ownership
• Ability to manage time efficiently and handle responsibilities with a high level of accountability and reliability
