𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

-Identify and engage potential candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks, helping build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

-Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination to streamline the recruitment process.

-Maintain a positive candidate experience through effective communication and timely follow-ups.

-Support new employee onboarding and integration processes.

-Contribute to research on growth opportunities, industry trends, and --emerging recruitment practices.

-Engage with clients, business partners, and external contacts to explore collaborations and partnerships.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

-Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

-Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

-Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

-A keen interest in HR and organizational growth initiatives.

-Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

-Adaptable to a fast-paced, global work environment.
