Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and updating job descriptions. Source and engage potential candidates through online platforms and job portals. Screen resumes and support in the interview scheduling process. Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms. Collaborate with the HR team to shortlist candidates and address recruitment needs. Conduct initial background checks and reference verifications. Support general HR operations as required.

Internship Requirements:
A keen interest in Human Resources and recruitment processes.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of resume databases and sourcing techniques. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.Eligibility: Ideal for candidates who are pursuing or have recently completed their degree inHuman Resources or related fields.
