Summary Navaan is a global marketing firm delivering end-to-end solutions to brands across North America, EMEA, and APAC. We are hiring 1 Sales Closer to strengthen our business development efforts by converting qualified leads into successful deals. What success looks like in this role You’ll succeed if you can consistently close deals with international clients, build long-term relationships, and exceed sales targets. Your performance will directly drive Navaan’s growth across new markets. Responsibilities Engage with warm leads and guide them through the sales process Identify client needs and pitch tailored marketing solutions Negotiate and finalize contracts with professionalism Maintain accurate records of sales activity and progress Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory) 1–3 years of experience in sales closing, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in marketing, SaaS, or digital services) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Highly motivated, disciplined, and target-driven Details Compensation: Commission-based (no base pay; high earning potential) Location: Remote Openings: 1
