Summary


1 Sales Closer


What success looks like in this role


You’ll succeed if you can consistently close deals with international clients, build long-term relationships, and exceed sales targets. Your performance will directly drive Navaan’s growth across new markets.


Responsibilities


  • Engage with warm leads and guide them through the sales process
  • Identify client needs and pitch tailored marketing solutions
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and progress


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field

    (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory)
  • 1–3 years of experience in

    sales closing, business development, or client acquisition

    (preferably in marketing, SaaS, or digital services)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
