Role Description Only Commission Based Role

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Closer. The Sales Closer will be responsible for engaging potential clients, managing the sales process, performing deal closures, and providing exceptional customer service. Activities will include maintaining communication with prospects, negotiating terms, assisting with escrow processes, and ensuring smooth transactions until the deal is closed.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for engaging with clients and negotiating deals.
• Experience in Closings and Deal Closure to successfully finalize sales transactions.
• Proficiency in Customer Service to maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Knowledge of Escrow processes to assist with financial aspects of deals.
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proven track record in sales is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
