Position Summary

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in executing day-to-day operational activities related to recruitment, onboarding, documentation, employee engagement, and HR coordination. This role is designed to offer practical industry exposure and provide a strong foundation for a career in HR within a structured corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

• Coordinate onboarding, induction, and employee documentation workflows.

• Maintain and update employee records, attendance reports, and HR databases.

• Support coordination of training programs and employee engagement initiatives.

• Assist in compiling HR reports, MIS, and other analytical documentation as required.

• Ensure timely communication and coordination with candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Provide administrative support to the HR team to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Candidate Requirement

• MBA in HR or relevant field – pursuing or completed.

• Strong interest in Human Resources with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office with attention to accuracy and documentation.

• Strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and professional attitude.
