Human Resources Intern

As a proactive HR Intern, you will drive value by supporting core recruitment workflows and enhancing candidate experience. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn fast in a high-velocity environment will be key to your success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support end-to-end hiring activities, including: - Drafting and refining job descriptions - Posting vacancies across job portals and social channels - Screening applications and coordinating interviews - Engage with candidates professionally and maintain excellent communication throughout the hiring cycle. - Assist in onboarding documentation and coordination for new hires. - Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and applicant data with accuracy. - Support employee communication initiatives as required. - Provide administrative support to the HR team on day-to-day tasks. **Required Skills & Competencies:** - Strong English communication skills - written and verbal. - High attention to detail, structured working style, and strong follow-through. - Ability to multitask and manage workflow in a deadline-driven environment. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Positive attitude and willingness to learn HR operations. **Eligibility Criteria:** - Graduate or pursuing final year in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline. - Prior internship exposure in HR is an advantage, but not mandatory.
