You will also be responsible for providing clients with detailed document checklists, verifying the completeness of required documents, and notifying the Migration Agent of any concerns or issues that may arise during the application process. Client liaison is another crucial aspect of your role, where you will guide clients in obtaining necessary documents such as Police Clearance Certificates and medical clearances, prepare visa applications for review and approval, and ensure timely submission of final visa applications. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with internal teams, including the Visa Processing Team Lead and the accountant, to ensure seamless financial and operational processes. Compliance with visa regulations and maintaining accurate records of client interactions, documents, and submissions are essential aspects of this role. You will be expected to provide daily status reports to management on visa submissions and collaborate with team members to address any challenges proactively.
