Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Varanasi. The Human Resources Intern will assist in various HR functions including managing HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. Day-to-day tasks will include supporting HR management, assisting with employee onboarding, and helping to manage employee records and benefits.

Eligibility Criteria

Able to commit full-time for the internship period (typically 1–3 months)

• Graduation from any related field or courses.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and trends.
