Position: HR Intern

Location: Okhla, Delhi (On-site)

Key Requirements:

Must have a personal laptop for work.

Must have a mobile phone with dual SIM for communication.

Candidates located near Okhla, Delhi will be preferred.

Comfortable with a 6-day working schedule.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).

* Support HR operations including onboarding, attendance, and maintaining employee records.

* Coordinate with internal teams to understand and fulfill hiring requirements.

* Handle basic employee engagement activities.

* Maintain records and documentation as required.

* Schedule meetings and provide administrative support.

* Manage office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

* Support HR and finance processes as needed.

Collaborate and coordinate with different departments for cross-functional requirements.

Stipend:

Stipend will be offered based on interview performance.
