About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Intern to support our growing team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real HR operations in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Support onboarding & documentation of new hires and interns
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in drafting HR documents (offer letters, internship letters, NDAs)
• Support attendance tracking and basic payroll coordination
• Help with employee engagement and internal communication initiatives
• Conduct basic HR research and prepare reports when required

Who Should Apply

• Students or fresh graduates in HR, Management, Psychology, or related fields
• Candidate must have their own laptop.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable using MS Excel, Google Sheets & basic HR tools
• Willing to learn HR operations in a startup environment

Work Structure

Mode: In Office

Office Days: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
