Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Human Resources Intern. The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting with various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits coordination, and maintaining HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities also include supporting HR management with personnel management and ensuring compliance with company policies. The HR Intern will gain practical experience in HR operations and will have opportunities to contribute to various HR projects.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Experience or coursework in HR Management and HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
