Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Manager located in Gurugram. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily front office operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing front office staff, and addressing guest inquiries and requests. The role includes maintaining efficient office administration and communicating effectively with guests and staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Office Administration and Front Office skills
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
