We are looking for an experienced and proactive Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our serviced apartments. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-friendly, and capable of managing bookings, guest relations, and overall front desk responsibilities. Preferred Candidate: Male , with prior experience in hotel/serviced apartment front office management Strong communication and customer-handling skills Professional, polite, and responsible in behaviour Key Responsibilities: Manage daily front office operations Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations Acquire new bookings through calls, online platforms, and walk-ins Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams Maintain records, billing, and basic administrative tasks Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and smooth workflow Requirements: Experience in hotel/serviced apartment front office operations Good communication skills in English and Malayalam Ability to handle guests professionally and courteously Proficiency in computer applications including MS Excel and Tally Prime Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
