Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Café Manager located in Gurugram. The Café Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily café operations, managing staff, maintaining quality control for food and beverage service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. Responsibilities also include inventory management, scheduling, and handling customer inquiries and feedback.

• Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service management
• Sales skills to drive business growth
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications in Hospitality or related fields are a plus
