Job Title: Café Manager Location: Goregaon, Mumbai Experience: 3–6 Years (Restraunt/Café) Job Purpose: To manage the overall operations of the café, ensure excellent customer service, maintain quality standards, and drive sales while leading the team efficiently. --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Operations Management Oversee daily café operations including opening/closing, inventory, and cleanliness. Ensure food & beverage quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met. Manage vendor coordination and stock ordering to avoid shortages or wastage. 2. Customer Service & Experience Ensure a warm, welcoming environment for guests. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Maintain high service standards and improve customer satisfaction scores. 3. Team Leadership Supervise, train, and schedule café staff. Monitor staff performance, discipline, grooming, and adherence to café SOPs. Foster a positive and productive work environment. 4. Sales & Revenue Management Implement promotions, upselling, and marketing activities. Monitor billing accuracy, cash handling, and daily reconciliations. 5. Reporting & Compliance Maintain daily operational reports, stock sheets, and sales records. Coordinate with management on business performance and improvement plans.
