Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Cafe Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bustling coffee shop in Bengaluru. The Cafe Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high-quality food and beverage standards, monitoring sales performance, and maintaining inventory levels. This on-site role requires leadership and organizational skills to create a warm and efficient environment for both staff and customers.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers
Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage preparation and Food Service operations
Sales skills to drive revenue, promote products, and achieve business targets
Leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team effectively
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in overseeing daily operations
Previous experience in the food and beverage industry or cafe management is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business management, or related field is preferred
