About the Role

We are looking for an HR Intern to join our remote team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for freshers from diverse academic backgrounds—whether from Engineering, Business Schools, Arts, or other disciplines—to gain practical exposure in human resources operations. You will work closely with the HR team and contribute to activities such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and training support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
• Contribute to the design and execution of training and development programs.
• Help monitor HR processes and ensure compliance with policies.
• Provide support in HR projects and operational tasks, collaborating with team members on initiatives that impact employee experience.
