HR Intern

As an HR Intern, you will be supporting the HR department in various day-to-day functions, learning HR practices, and contributing to different recruitment and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Assist in organizing orientation and training programs.
• Help in drafting HR-related letters, notices, and memos.
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies and queries.
• Support HR team in various administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Management, HR, or related field).
• Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office;

  Excel experience is preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
