Laravel Full-Stack Developer

💼 Job Title: Laravel Full-Stack Developer (React.js)

📍 Location: Kathmandu, Nepal

🕑 Working Days: 5 days/week

💰 Salary: Based on experience (negotiable)

📆 Experience Required: 3–10 years (professional)

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain event-driven, cloud-native web applications with high performance and reliability.
• Build and optimize scalable, secure, and maintainable APIs using Laravel for seamless integration with React.js frontend.
• Implement best practices in system architecture, code quality, and testing.
• Design and develop interactive, reusable UI components with React.js to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to define technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
• Stay updated on modern development tools, practices, and trends.

⚙️ Backend (Laravel) Requirements:

• Proficient in PHP and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Strong command of Laravel, including Eloquent ORM, migrations, queue management, middleware, and authentication.
• Experience building RESTful APIs for frontend integration.
• Familiarity with SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and database architecture.
• Capable of writing clean, secure, and scalable Laravel code.

🎨 Frontend (React.js) Requirements:

• Solid understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, and React fundamentals.
• Experience with component-based architecture, state management (Redux/Context API), and lifecycle methods.
• Skilled in creating reusable, interactive UI components.
• Familiarity with build tools like Webpack and package managers (npm/yarn).
• Bonus: Experience with Sass, Less, or Tailwind CSS.

✅ Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience (preferred, not mandatory).
• 3–10 years of full-time experience working with Laravel and React.js.
• Experience with Git, Docker, and DevOps tools.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a collaborative remote team.
