Human Resources Intern

About the job:

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Human Resource Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in end-to-end recruitment and be comfortable handling both tech and sales hiring. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to high-volume recruitment processes, stakeholder management and other areas of HR too like employee relations, compliance with labour laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
• Should have experience in Tech and Non Tech.

Employee Relations:

• Foster a positive work environment and culture that aligns with company values.
• Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback for continuous improvement.

Compliance and Record Keeping:

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a recruitment role.
• In-depth knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
