Role:

Type: Full-time Internship

Duration: 3 months

Stipend: Unpaid with the possibility of converting into a full time role based on performance

About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on HR Intern who’s passionate about shaping culture and growing systems from scratch. At HeyFynix, you won’t just be manage files, you’ll be helping to build a people-first ecosystem in a high-energy creative environment.

You’ll be working closely with the leadership team, playing an active role in supporting recruitment, strengthening HR practices, and developing a workspace that fuels innovation, discipline, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, from screening to onboarding
• Maintain and refine HR records, employee databases, and documentation
• Help develop and implement policies that align with agency culture
• Support employee engagement initiatives and team well-being efforts
• Assist in performance tracking, feedback cycles, and leave management
• Collaborate on building an HR structure that scales with the agency
• Research and suggest improvements to our current HR systems and practices

What We're Looking For

• A self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Someone who genuinely cares about people, systems, and growth
• Ability to manage tasks independently while contributing to team goals
• Understanding of HR principles, labor policies, and people management
• A desire to work in a fast-paced creative environment and build from zero
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRMS tools is a bonus
