Job Profile: HR Intern Duration: 3 Months Internship Mode: Remote Stipend: Unpaid JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for an HR Intern to assist with administrative tasks and support daily HR operations including employee records, recruitment ,and engagement activities.This role offers exposure to key HR processes and the opportunity to develop essential skills for a career in human resources. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Help post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews. Support end-to-end recruitment processes under the guidance of senior HR professionals. • Prepare onboarding materials and coordinate orientation sessions for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company. • Maintain and organize employee records, update HR databases, and ensure proper documentation of HR processes. • Provide support in day-to-day HR operations and handle ad hoc tasks as required. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Candidates pursuing or having backgrounds in business administration, human resource management, psychology, organizational development, or communication studies. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. • Basic knowledge of HR principles, recruitment, and employee engagement practices (preferred but not mandatory). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software/tools is a plus. • A proactive and organized approach to managing tasks, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
