KEY RESPOSIBILITIES: • Help post job openings, screen resumes, and sc h edule intervews. Support end-to-end recruitment processes und er the guidanc of senior HR professionals. • Prepare onboarding materials and coordina t e orientation essions for new hires to ensure a sm ooth integrationinto the company. • Maintain and organize employee recor d s, update HR datbases, and ensur e proper documentaton of HR processes. • Provide support in day-to-day H R ope rati o ns and hadle ad ho tas k s as required. WAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Candidates pursuing o r h aving backgrounds in bsiness administration, human r esource management, pschology, or gan izational development,or communication studies. • Strong interpersona l and communication skill, both written and verbal. • Bas ic knowledge of HR principles recruitment, and employ e e engagement practices (referred but not mandatory). • Profici enc y in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Pow e rPoint) and familiarity wih HR software/tools is a plus. • A proa cti ve and organized approach to mnaging tasks, with the a bility to priori tize effectiel y in a fast-pacedenvironment.
