Human Resources Intern

Role Overview: As a Human Resources Recruiter Intern at 1HR Solutions, located in Noida Sector 3, you will be responsible for various HR tasks such as HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. This internship opportunity is for a duration of 3-6 months with the possibility of extension, and you will be working remotely for 5 days a week. Key Responsibilities: - Understand job descriptions (JDs) based on client requirements to ensure accurate candidate sourcing. - Conduct initial screening of resumes to identify suitable candidates. - Make calls to shortlisted candidates to assess their suitability and interest for the role. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain and update candidate databases for an organized recruitment process. - Support the recruitment team in various day-to-day tasks to meet hiring goals. - Develop a strong understanding of different roles and industries to enhance hiring effectiveness. - Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
