About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Bangalore. This is an exciting opportunity to gain real-world exposure to the full recruitment life cycle, sourcing strategies, and end-to-end hiring processes.

Candidates who demonstrate exceptional performance during the internship may be considered for a full-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Use job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networks for talent acquisition.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and generate recruitment reports.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resource management or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
