Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will assist with day-to-day HR activities, including HR management, implementing HR policies, and handling employee benefits. This role will also involve personnel management tasks such as maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding processes, and providing administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and HR management skills
• Understanding of HR policies and procedures
• Experience or coursework in employee benefits and personnel management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Pursuing or having completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
