Role Description

This is a paid internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The role is a hybrid role located in Gurgaon. The Human Resources Intern will assist with day-to-day HR tasks such as recruitment, employee benefits coordination, developing and implementing HR policies, and personnel management. The intern will also handle various administrative tasks and assist with HR projects.

Qualifications

• Skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Experience in Personnel Management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
