Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will assist with HR tasks, including maintaining employee records, supporting HR management, assisting with policy development, and coordinating employee benefits. The intern will also help with personnel management activities such as onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR-related responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) skills
• HR Management and understanding of HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous internship experience in HR is a plus
