Position: Human Resourse Intern

Duration: 4 to 6 months (will be based on interview round)

Note: We are looking for someone comfortable with the stipend and able to bring their own laptop. This is a full-time internship, so please only apply if you are available for full-time work.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Intern at Glad U Came. The role will involve assisting with HR management, policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. The position is based in Mumbai but allows for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of HR policies and employee benefits
• Experience in personnel management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Interest or experience in Public Relations or Marketing
• Enrolled in or recent graduate of a Human Resources or related program
