Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Human Resource Intern at Simtrak Solutions. The intern will be involved in day-to-day tasks related to human resource, including assisting in hiring, onboarding, team coordination, communication, and project management

Keys Responsibilities

Calling and Shortlisting the applicants

Scheduling and Conducting Interviews for different domains

Conducting orientation sessions

Helping the applicant get onboarded

Follow up with applicants

Coordinating with Team managers

Ensuring that the admin process is followed by every member

Improving working culture

Collaborate with schools, colleges, and children's homes for social activities

Conducting training sessions for members

Source applicants from various sources for volunteering/ internship

Manage different teams

Working on Team building

Criteria

Available for 6 months

Must give 6-7 hours per day
