Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern based on-site in Indore. The intern will assist the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, and other key HR processes. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate employee records. Additional tasks may include supporting employee engagement activities and assisting with workforce compliance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Understanding of recruitment processes, HR policies, and labor regulations
• Organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle multiple responsibilities
• A background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is highly desirable
