Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Noida, Sector- 63

Experience: 0–6 Months

About the Role:

Toadster Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who will primarily support HR activities and also get exposure to Business Development tasks. This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in HR with added understanding of client and business-side interactions. High performers may be considered for a PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) after successful completion of the internship and training period.

Roles and Responsibilites:

1. Conduct screening calls with candidates and clearly explain role and company details.
2. Support the HR team in sourcing profiles, coordinating interviews, induction, and basic onboarding activities.
3. Maintain and update candidate, employee, and basic client/lead databases with accurate information.
4. Assist in preparing HR documents, interview schedules, presentations, proposals, and simple business reports.
5. Support the Business Development team with basic lead research, follow-ups (emails/calls), and data entry.
6. Contribute creative ideas to improve hiring outreach, employer branding, and client engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed) in HR, Management, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a people-friendly attitude.
• Good MS Office / Google Sheets skills and comfort with online tools/portals

• Duration:

  3–6 Months

• PPO Opportunity:

  Internship performance will be reviewed, and

  can be converted to a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)

  based on overall contribution, learning, and culture fit
