Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in online bidding, lead generation, and Upwork-based client acquisition. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, writing compelling proposals, and building strong relationships with clients in the IT services or digital solutions domain.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and bid on potential projects through Upwork, Freelancer, and other online platforms.
  • Generate high-quality leads through various channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and freelance portals.
  • Prepare well-structured, customized proposals, and communicate effectively with prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements, collaborate with internal teams, and convert opportunities into long-term business.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and track progress via CRM tools.
  • Research market trends and contribute ideas to improve service offerings and pitch strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and winning projects in IT services or similar domains.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnel, bidding strategies and proposal writing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.


Preferred Skills:


  • Knowledge of digital marketing, SaaS, web/mobile app development services.
  • Experience in managing client accounts post-conversion.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Trello, ClickUp, etc.
