Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern, located on-site at our Noida office. Responsibilities include assisting with HR management tasks, implementing HR policies, supporting recruitment processes, managing employee records, and assisting in organizing training and development programs. The intern will also play a role in personnel management and employee engagement initiatives, learning and contributing to all HR functions of the organization.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Human Resources (HR), HR Policies, and HR Management
• Knowledge of Personnel Management and Employee Benefits
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
