Human Resources Intern

We are seeking a candidate to drive recruitment, foster employee growth, and lead engaging programs and events that strengthen our culture at Growfitter.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Recruit good talent for various profiles through screening resumes and shortlisting applications.
2. Update the employee database with proper details.
3. Work on the creation of good training modules for teams.
4. Help create employee policies about policies.
5. Create an employee engagement program and conduct weekly activities for the same.
6. Assist and organize relevant company events and activities.
