Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Intern will be involved in day-to-day HR tasks including understanding HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. The role also involves assisting with HR management duties, supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth execution of HR-related activities.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Human Resources (HR) concepts and principles
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Experience in Personnel Management
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
