Role Description

This is an internship(paid) opportunity for a Human Resources Intern. The role is on-site and based in Daskroi. The Human Resources Intern will support HR operations, assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies, and manage tasks related to employee benefits and personnel management. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment activities, supporting HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with organizational HR policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies
• Experience or understanding of HR Management and Personnel Management
• Familiarity with administering Employee Benefits
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site corporate environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (completed or in progress)
• Prior internships or coursework in HR are a plus
