About the Role:

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Draft and post job descriptions across platforms.
• Support HR team in creating a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with the HR team for campus drives, hiring campaigns, and onboarding activities.
• Perform administrative HR tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in HR, Psychology, or related fields).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and tools is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic, creative environment.
